wanderers, entrepreneurs and community builders
We seek adventure, getting lost on back country roads and exploring our beautiful lands. To us, travel is about learning, exploring and experiencing. For some of us, travel has shaped who we are as humans. For others, it has defined our mission in life or business. And for all of us, travel has shown us where the really good food is!
Many of us are full-time wanderers. When we’re not working around Flathead Lake Resort, we’re getting lost in our vintage campers and renovated school buses in some other part of the country. We know how to have a good time, but more importantly, we know how to provide a good time. We’ve taken what we’ve learned over the years — our expectations and ‘aha’ moments from our travels — and brought it all together to create experiences for our guests at our Bigfork Montana hotel.
We’re learners and we’re doers. We find joy and excitement in creating, building and serving. When we have an idea, we try it out. When we fail, we learn from it and try again.
We travel to ‘live local’. We want to know how the locals do things — where they eat, where they shop…who the artists and the makers are. Isn’t that the best way to get to know a place?
We come from all over, but we’ve landed in Bigfork, Montana with a mission to serve our guests and this amazing community.

Brittain is an avid traveler who caught the wonder bug in 1998 on a trip to meet family in Croatia for the first time. In 1999 a service trip to Jamaica taught her more than she could ever dream of. Those experiences have carried her through life and business as she’s built a hospitality mission to ensure ‘Sleep has a Purpose.’
Married to Josh, they’ve lived in a 1988 Airstream since 2016. That Airstream is now available for guests to stay in at Flathead Lake Resort.

Josh
Josh and Brittain married in 2016. At that time, Josh was running a podcast and consulting business focused on helping small businesses make a #DollarAndaDifference.
Featured here is Josh’s favorite way to stay clean. And now, ALL guests will get their very own pretty wrapped rolls of Who Gives a Crap toilet paper. It’s one way we can make a little difference in the world.
