Below are vintage campers and cabins we have blocked for your group to reserve.
Dates are being held for (July __ - July __) with 3 and 4-night minimums to book.

Guests who book four nights receive a 20% discount on the fourth night
+ one free water sports rental* per person.

House: Yellow Cottage ($375/night, 4-night minimum)
Hotel Room: Cabin 7 ($225/night, 3-night minimum)
Studio Cabins: Cabin 11 ($240/night, 4-night minimum) • Cabin 12 ($240/night, 4-night minimum)
Vintage Campers: Andy ($185/night, 4-night min) • Lucy ($165/night, 4-night minimum) • Watson ($135/night, 3-night minimum) • Holmes ($165/night, 3-night minimum)

Off-Grid Options: (electric only with shower house access)
Mini Montana Log Cabin ($95/night, 3-night minimum) • Cozy Roller ($105/night, 3-night minimum) • Big Sky Blue ($85/night, 2-night minimum)

To Book

Because the calendar is blocked and reserved for this group, online reservations are not available. Please text 406.909.0692 with the unit and dates you would like to reserve and Brittain will be in touch. *We are closed for the winter and not always within reach of a phone call.

Deposits

Deposits for on-grid units are equal to 25% of the cost of your trip and are due at the time of booking by the dates listed above. Deposits for off-grid units are 50%. Units not reserved by the dates listed will be released for the public to book. Final payments will be charged on ______ and become non-refundable at that time.

Cancellation

Because this is a group reservation, cancellations for these units will not fall under our normal property cancellation policy. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made by ________ (40 days prior).

*Free water sport rentals is limited to two per unit and does not include the clear kayak.
