Located in Woods Bay (Bigfork), Montana, our long-term (12-month) rentals offer private Flathead Lake Access. WiFi, utilities (electric, septic, water), and light furnishings may be included in the price.

Flathead Lake Resort is a dog-friendly property. All studio cabins are fit for one dog (60 lb limit). Please inquire if you have cats or other creatures. The pet fee is an additional $100.00 per month plus an additional $250.00 pet deposit prior to move-in. The pet deposit is refundable upon move-out with no damages to the cabin.

For an additional summer rate, get unlimited access to our non-motorized water sports rentals. Paddle from the private Flathead Lake beach to The Raven, The Sitting Duck, and McKenzie River Pizza at the Saddlehorn Marina within minutes.

No smoking or drugs in the cabins or on the grounds at any time. No exceptions.

An application with references is required. Background checks will be processed at the applicants expense. If approved, a security deposit is required to reserve the cabin + first month's rent + last month's rent is due at move-in.

The deposit is returned upon the agreed move-out date with no damages to the cabin or grounds.

Summer FHU Rv Slips With
Private Flathead Lake Access

Located in Woods Bay (Bigfork), Montana, our long-term FHU RV Slips offer private Flathead Lake Access. WiFi and utilities (electric, septic, water) are included. Spots can fit RVs or trailers up to 27 ft in length.

Flathead Lake Resort is a dog-friendly property. We welcome up to two people and two pets in all RV spots. Please inquire if you have other creatures or more than two pet. There is no additional pet fee.

No smoking or drugs on the grounds at any time. No exceptions. You may smoke in your RV or on Community Lane (when fire restrictions are not in place).

An application with references is required. Background checks will be processed at the applicant’s expense. If approved, a security deposit of $500 is required to hold your spot. The first month and last month's rent is due at move-in.

The $500 deposit is returned upon the agreed move-out date with no damages to the grounds.
